The accommodation comprises a South-facing balcony with stunning and uninterrupted views of the Poqueira Valley, the village of Pampaneira, and on clear days all the way across the Mediterranean sea to the coast of Morocco in North Africa. This is on the one hand; on the other, the outlook is up towards the white village of Capileira and El Mulhacen and La Veleta, the high peaks of Sierra Nevada. Opposite are the hills where the Buddhist centre of Osel Ling and the beauty spot of Puente Palo are located.
Rental Accommodation
The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms with twin beds; a full bathroom with over-door electric heater, first aid kit and hairdryer; a fully equipped Kitchenette, including fridge, 3 gas ring cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery Dining area; a living room with a wood-burning stove, satellite TV, DVD & Radio/CD players; a spacious terrace with a patio table, 6 chairs and a charcoal barbecue.
Notes on accomodation
Towels, duvets, blankets and all linen are included in the rent. There are electric radiators in all the bedrooms and one gas heater if required. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. A baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided. There is a communal washroom with washing machine and ironing facilities if needed. This sotano could double up for secure storage of items such as bicycles. All towels and linen will be changed and the flat professionally cleaned once a week.

Prices are in Euros per week or part thereof. There are no special rates for extensions beyond a week. Please enquire for availability of discounts for rentals of 4 weeks and over.

Changeover
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival to the flat from 2pm and no later than 9pm Departure from the flat at 12 noon. No pets are allowed and no smoking indoors
