Almanzar de Bubion is a townhouse with three self-catering, holiday rental apartments.
The townhouse is of modern construction in the traditional design of La Alpujarra's white villages. It has three cascading, independent apartments and it is situated at the edge of the village of Bubion. Each flat has a South-facing terrace offering spectacular views of Pampaneira and the beautiful Poqueira Valley below and Capileira and the high peaks of Sierra Nevada above. On clear days, these views extend all the way to the Mediterranean Sea and the Riff mountains of Morocco, in North Africa. The flats have been furnished with great attention to detail in order to provide the holidaymaker with every comfort. Guests’ comments are considered very seriously in order to make the holiday memorable and pleasurable.
Each apartment has a little room outside to store wood for the fireplace or charcoal for the barbecue. There is also a communal washroom with a washing machine and ironing facilities. This can double up as a safe storage for items such as bikes.
At the front of the townhouse, lie 5.000m2 of farmland (finca) that belong to it. This is known as Finca Pago la Suerte and it is planted with fruit trees, mostly walnut, cherry and fig.
All the South-facing balconies have tables, chairs & charcoal barbecues.
There is car access to thetownhouse for loading and unloading and a car park nearby.

Notes on accommodation
Towels and linen are provided, so are all the necessary crockery and cutlery. The kitchens are comprehensively equipped. All flats have ample wardrobe space. A baby cot and a high chair can be arranged for.
The property is cleaned and the linen changed weekly. The house is handed over professionally cleaned and it is expected that it is returned in a similar state. Alternatively a supplementary 50€ could be paid for the cleaners.
Electric radiators and gas heaters are available for the winter season, and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. A full gas bottle is included in the price. Any extra ones need to be paid for. Wood for the fireplaces can be bought locally.
Pets are not welcome and smoking is strictly forbidden inside the flats
