Booking Notes

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The rest is to be paid 3 weeks before arrival.

Payment Notes

Rental payments are to be made by electronic bank transfer. Commissions, if any, are to be paid at source.

Deposit

A deposit of 150€ is required, which will be refunded entirely on departure unless damages or breakages do occur, then these will be deducted from this deposit. This deposit will be paid upon entry.

Cleaning

Guests will find the flat professionally cleaned on arrival and once a week thereafter. It is expected it will be left in the same condition. If preferred, a 50€ fee could be left for the cleaner.

Electricity charges

Electricity will be charged as per meter reading during the months of January to the end of March and October to the end of December.

Gas (butano) and wood

One full gas bottle per week for the hot water boiler is included in the price. Any extras need to be paid for. Wood for the fireplace can be purchased locally or at most petrol stations.
