| Notes on accommodation There is a communal Laundry room with a washing machine for the use of all flats. The flats will be cleaned and the provided linen and towels changed every week. Electric radiators are available for the winter season. In case of an electricity cut, a gas heater will be made available. One gas bottle is also provided at no extra cost. Wood for the fireplace can be bought locally. Pets are not normally allowed. Flat 1 is at street level and in this way suitable for a wheelchair. However the bathroom may not be wide enough to make it suitable. Outside All 3 flats have balconies with table and chairs. There is car access to the house for unloading and a car park nearby. |

| Coast/Beach About 70km to Motril and Salobrena. Travel Malaga airport is 2.5 hours drive, Granada airport is 80 minutes and Almeria 2 hours. Car hire is strongly recommended. Distances The Sierra Nevada Ski slopes are about 1h45mns drive away. Granada City and Alhambra Palace are about 70 km away. |

| Booking notes There is a deposit of 50% to be paid when making your reservation, the rest 3 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 150 euros is also required which will be refunded entirely unless damages or breakages do occur, then these will be deducted from this deposit. |
